Purpose and Scope:
Poultry Science (PS) is an international journal publishing original papers, research notes, symposium papers, and reviews of basic science as applied to poultry. This authoritative source of poultry information is consistently ranked by ISI Impact Factor as one of the top 10 Agriculture, Dairy and Animal Sciences journals to deliver high-caliber research at low cost to libraries. Subject areas include breeding, genetics, education, production, management, environment, health, behavior, welfare, immunology, molecular biology, metabolism, nutrition, physiology, reproduction, processing, and products. Symposia on relevant and important topics are published in their entirety, as are abstracts from the annual PSA scientific meeting and from the SPSS/SCAD meeting.
Intended Readership:
The readers of PS are in universities, education, extension, industry, and government, including research, teaching, administration, poultry veterinary medicine, management, production, quality assurance, product development, and technical services.
