 Purpose and Scope:
Through an international network of specialists in industry, academia, and government,
inform reports the latest developments in fats, oils, surfactants and related materials and provides book reviews and reports from conferences around the world. Each issue includes abstract titles for all peer-reviewed articles appearing in the prior issues of the
Journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society, the Journal of Surfactants and
Detergents, and Lipids, the scientific journals published by AOCS Press. Throughout the year,
inform publishes reports on such topics as processing, surfactants and detergents, instrumentation, food technology, oleochemicals, biotechnology, safety and environment issues, health and nutrition, vegetable proteins, plant lipids, food microscopy, and world trade and economics.
Intended Readership:
