Purpose and Scope:

The Journal of Dairy Science (JDS) is the top-ranked journal of dairy science research in the world. The official journal of the American Dairy Science Association, JDS publishes results of original research in dairy foods, physiology and management; nutrition, feeding, and calves; and genetics breeding. For the past seven years, JDS has ranked in the top three in the category of Agriculture, Dairy, and Animal Sciences titles by impact factor for the ISI rankings and is in the top 1% of STM publishing (50,000+ titles) by total ISI citations. In recent years, the journal has published more than 500 scientific manuscripts and 5000 pages per year, making it an exceptional value for libraries.
